Spring Clusters

Spring Clusters is a paper sculpture Gabriela Gil made specifically for her studio space. Through the use of round shapes, Gil's goal was to create a structure that although large in scale, would convey movement and harmony. The lack of color accentuates the role of light on the piece, making the shadows casted by the shapes part of the narrative.
